IGDAS IT Support Center provides IT services to more than 2000 users with a team of 20 people. HP Service Manager has been implemented to enable IT department to manage the incidents and requests related with the whole IT infrastucture while providing robust problem and change management. With HP Service Manager, all IT services delivery and support processes have become ITIL v.3.0 compliant. The Mobile Client for HP Service Manager has also been developed and implemented by Idea Teknoloji and 20 mobile users benefit out of the freedom of accessing HP Service Manager anytime from anywhere.
